PayPal We ship only to a confirmed US address.

International PayPal International buyers who use PayPal must ship Global Express for insurance and online tracking. International buyers who prefer a more economical shipping rate can pay us direct with a credit card or send an international (pink) money order.

Money Order Money order must be received in 7 working days from date of sale.

Personal Check There is a 10 day hold on personal checks.

Tax Texas residents pay 8.25% tax on total purchase including shipping & handling.

Shipping Most items ship within 2 business days of receiving payment to most countries worldwide.

Return Policy

Designer Exchange values your business.  We work hard to make your transaction an easy and satisfying experience.  If for any reason your transaction does not meet this standard, we wil happily work with you to make it right.

Your Options

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase when it arrives, call or email us within 3 days of receipt.  We will discuss your options for an exchange, store credit or refund.  There is no extra cost to exchange merchandise for an item of comparable price or for a store credit toward future purchase.  Merchandise you return for refund incurs a 25% restocking fee.

Conditions

Designer Exchange accepts authorized returns only.  All items must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging.  In addition, to qualify for a refund, your return must be received within 10 days of return authorization.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will process your request immediately.  Refunds are reimbursed by your original method of payment for 75% of the original purchase price within 30 days.  We do not accept returns without an authorization.

We do not refund merchandise that has been worn, soiled, altered or damaged.

Consignment Policies - Cosignors

When:  No appointment necessary!

Where:   Designer Exchange is located at

Items Should Be:  Current designer fashions no more than two years old from the date of purchase.  Excluding furs and jewelry.

All Items Should Be:  Cleaned, pressed and on hangers.  Accessories gently used.

We Require:  At least six items to open an account.  No limit.

Checks: Are made available for consignor pick-up between the 15th and 20th of each month with an itemization of each item sold.  Only out of town checks will be mailed.

Consignor: (You) Receive 40% of the selling price for apparel and accessories.  Bridal gowns, furs, and boutique items** will result in 50% of the selling price.

Consignor:  Will receive a receipt at the time of Drop off, or pick up.

Consignor: May request and receive a signed tax receipt for goods donated.

Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS Priority Mail.  In some instances where multiple items are purchased, it may be more cost effective ship by FedEx or UPS Ground. 

International shipping is via USPS Global Express unless other arrangements have been made.

For yours and our peace of mind, all packages are shipped with insurance and tracking, including international.  This is not an optional service.

Designer Exchange ships within 48 hours of receiving your payment.  Below are the rates for shipping of a single item along with approximate delivery times.  Multiple item purchases will receive a discount on shipping charges based on total weight and cost of goods purchased.
