Payment Method
- Terms Unless you arrange otherwise, payment is due 7 days from the sale.

- PayPal We ship only to a confirmed US address.
- International PayPal - International buyers who use PayPal must ship Priority or Express for insurance and online tracking. International buyers who prefer a more economical shipping rate can pay us direct with a credit card or send an international (pink) money order.
- Money Orders - Money order must be received in 7 working days from date of sale.
- Personal Check - There is a 10 day hold on personal checks.
- Tax - Texas residents pay 8.25% tax on total purchase excluding shipping & handling.
- Shipping - Most items ship within 2 business days of receiving payment to most countries worldwide.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
- Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS Priority Mail. In some instances where multiple items are purchased, it may be more cost effective ship by FedEx or UPS Ground. Average delivery time in the continental United States is 4 days, in state 2 days.
- International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made.
- For yours and our peace of mind, all packages are shipped with insurance and tracking, including international. This is not an optional service.
- We hand carry your package to the post office to insure scanning for proper tracking of your item. You will receive an email within 24 hours of shipment with tracking information.We suggest that you ad ebay@designerexchange.com to your mail address book to insure receipt of this information otherwise this email may be stopped by your spam filters.
- Designer Exchange ships within two business days of receiving your payment. Below are the rates for shipping of a single item. Multiple item purchases will receive a discount on shipping charges based on the total weight and cost of goods purchased.
Shipping rates are for USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. All orders over two hundred dollars ($200) will be shipped with signature confirmation.
